Jersey City Festival and Fireworks

The Jersey City Freedom & Fireworks Festival is New Jersey's largest Independence Day celebration powered by the Jersey City Night Market. Held annually on July 4th along the Hudson River waterfront at Exchange Place, the event features, live music, over 100 local food trucks and vendors, carnival rides, and a major fireworks display over the Hudson River, often held with views of the Statue of Liberty and NYC skyline.

Simultaneously, New York and New Jersey will host a tall ship flotilla for the USA’s 250th. This will be visible from the festival location on Montgomery street in the Exchange Place section of Jersey City.
