Ride ‘N Tie Days Rodeo

Returning soldiers from World War II had a hand in starting the Ride 'N Tie Days Rodeo, as the Craig chapter of the American Legion started the event in 1946. Though this traditional western event has changed throughout the years, it is still rooted firmly in the western ways of the sport of rodeo. 2026 will be the 80th year for the Ride N' Tie Days Rodeo to be held in Moffat County. This event is a 2-day Colorado Pro Rodeo Sanctioned event with the traditional 11 timed rodeo events determining points for the cowboys and cowgirls making their way to the Colorado State Finals Rodeo.
