An annual tradition and the nation's largest Memorial Day event, the National Memorial Day Parade returns to Constitution Avenue in Washington, DC, kicking off Memorial Day commemorations in our nation's capital, Monday, May 25, 2026 at 10 AM. A 'moving timeline of American history,' the National Memorial Day Parade shares the story of service and sacrifice across our first 250 years, filled with musical performances and marching bands, uniformed service members and veterans, historical re-enactors and celebrities, along with honored families of our fallen. Join the parade in person, or watch the parade's television special nationwide on local ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and CW stations.

Giving 4th

A new tradition starts now.

We’ve always been a nation of givers. Imagine what could happen if we all gave at the same time. Introducing Giving 4th, our campaign that calls on all Americans to add something new to their July 4th celebrations: giving back to the causes and communities they care about.
Join the new tradition — take the pledge.
