Representative Dwight Evans
U.S. Representative (Pennsylvania 3rd)
Congressman Dwight Evans represents Pennsylvania’s 3rd Congressional District, which includes Northwest and West Philadelphia and parts of North, South, Southwest and Center City Philadelphia.
