A native of Miami, FL, Nerlynn Etienne is an educator with over a decade of experience in teaching and public speaking. She holds a B.A. in Mass Media Arts from Clark Atlanta University and a Master’s degree in History from Liberty University, with a concentration in Colonial America.

Nerlynn has earned four teaching certificates from the Association of College and University Educators (ACUE) and brings extensive leadership experience through her work with nonprofit organizations and various educational institutions.

​Currently, she serves as a history instructor at Central Piedmont Community College, where she teaches American History, World Civilization, and African American History.
