Women’s history is everywhere. We feel it when we visit our national parks and exercise our rights at the voting booth. We see it in the fight against COVID-19 and the science behind vaccinations. And we even hear it during the seventh inning stretch.
The contributions of women throughout American history are endless, and the stories of women breaking down barriers and carving a path for the next generation continue to inspire. As we reflect on the resilience of the women’s suffrage movement and those who committed their lives to the fight for equal rights, let’s also look around to the women of today who are claiming firsts and continuing the legacies of the relentless women before them.
Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as we highlight the stories of women, past and present, who innovate, lead, serve, educate, and inspire throughout our nation’s history. Join the conversation by sharing stories of American women who inspire you using #A250WomenWho.
