Adam Kissel
Adam Kissel is a senior fellow at the Cardinal Institute for West Virginia Policy and a visiting fellow for higher education reform at The Heritage Foundation.
Previously, he served as the deputy assistant secretary for higher education programs at the U.S. Department of Education. He lives in West Virginia.
