Jennifer Gorman
General Counsel
Jennifer Gorman serves as General Counsel of the America250.org, Inc. Ms. Gorman has more than 20 years of experience as a practicing attorney and providing practical guidance. She is responsible for risk identification and mitigation in addition to providing both legal and strategic business advice to the Foundation. Ms. Gorman will also collaborate cohesively with the U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission and its staff.
Before joining America250, Ms. Gorman served as the general counsel for an engineering consulting firm. Prior to that, she provided legal and business guidance for both domestic and international clients by serving in the Office of General Counsel of the Department of Defense, the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice, Fortune 500 companies, and a trade association based in Washington, D.C. Ms. Gorman’s areas of practice include compliance particularly in anti-bribery, contract drafting and negotiation, internal governance, policies and procedures, intellectual property, internal investigations and remediation, litigation and experience in data privacy and cyber security.
Ms. Gorman holds a J.D. from George Mason University School Law and B.B.A. in International Business from James Madison University. She lives in Northern Virginia with her Husband.
