What does America mean to you?

When I think what America means to me, I remember my ancestors, reflect on lessons learned, and dream of ways to make positive changes. During WWII, my great grandmother cared for injured people while her husband served overseas. Some artifacts I have to remember their sacrifices are rosary beads, and cherished photos. Photos teach me about the past and how I can serve. Because of my great-grandmothers work, I think quality healthcare for all is important. I will join groups of people who advocate for it.
