What America means to me is a country of opportunity. In life you will have struggles here and there, but hidden in the struggles are opportunities. How do I know? Because my family had a lot of struggles in life such as my grandma, who was originally from Jamaica, and she had a lot of obstacles to get past coming here. She now is a retired teacher with 40 years experience and has four college degrees. Her legacy will pass on for years to come. That is what America means to me, opportunities and legacy.
