Lafayette Addresses the Citizens of New Orleans

Lafayette addresses the public from the Jackson Square Festival Stage, scheduled for 10:15 am sharp before the beginning of the French Quarter Festival. Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser will introduce Lafayette who will address the citizens of New Orleans and there will be a special performance of the French National Anthem.
