The U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission and its sole-supporting non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, America250.org, Inc., together known as America250, have been entrusted by Congress to lead the commemoration and celebration of our nation’s 250th anniversary. Our mandate: to engage all 350 million Americans, foster national unity, and build a lasting legacy of pride, education, and civic renewal.
America250 routinely seeks information and/or proposals from qualified firms and individuals with expertise and skills needed to support our ongoing programming. At this time, the RFIs and/or RFPs listed below are open and available for response. Prospective vendors are invited to review and respond to these requests. Please refer to the instructions included in each RFI or RFP document, which include deadlines for submission and important instructions.
Open Requests
America250 is seeking information from qualified firms and individuals with expertise in event management, project management, program management, and related expertise to support its series of tentpole programs and events, ranging from micro-events to large-scale national celebrations. We anticipate delivering more than 50 national, regional, and local events across all 56 states, territories, and jurisdictions — culminating on July 4, 2026, with large-scale, globally visible commemorations.
America250 invites qualified exhibit fabrication firms to submit proposals for the fabrication, production, integration, delivery, and installation of the America250 Temporary Exhibit at the White House Visitor Center (WHVC) in Washington, D.C. This RFP seeks a full-service exhibit fabricator, capable of meeting museum-quality construction and installation standards, producing all graphics, integrating audiovisual systems, providing samples and mockups, preparing shop drawings, and delivering/installing the exhibit within the prescribed schedule.
