Position Summary

The Director of Federal Partnerships will serve as a critical liaison between federal agencies, the administration, and America250 leadership to coordinate and advance programs, events, and strategic partnerships for the U.S. Semiquincentennial. Reporting to the Vice President of Government Relations, this role supports the Deputy Executive Director and Executive Vice President in building federal collaborations that align with America250’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between federal agencies, the administration, and America250 leadership.
  • Support the development and execution of MOUs and federal partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate federal agency participation in America250 tentpole events and programs.
  • Facilitate interagency planning meetings, briefings, and collaboration.
  • Support international partnership initiatives with federal stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, briefings, reports, and communications for leadership and partners.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of government relations or federal agency liaison experience.
  • Strong knowledge of federal government operations and interagency processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, diplomacy, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-agency programs and projects.
  • Commitment to the mission of America250 and fostering national unity.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $106,088 – $142,313
  • Hiring Range: $115,000 – $125,000
  • 4 weeks Vacation, full benefits, 12 holidays, Winter Break
  • 401(k) match
