4th Annual Juneteenth Prayer Breakfast

The NAACP – Colorado Springs Branch will host its Freedom Fund: 4th Annual Juneteenth Prayer Breakfast. The breakfast brings together people from diverse religious backgrounds under one roof to pray and break bread together. The breakfast provides the history of the Juneteenth celebration, and we take a local stance by showing how long Juneteenth has been celebrated in Colorado Springs and highlighting the contributions of Black people in the community.
