The 719 Challenge is an endurance cycling and run now in its 11th year that boasts a challenge of summit satisfaction. The event includes both a run and ride with unique timed KOM (king of the mountain) points for cash and prizes. This unique events challenges endurance, climbing ability for riders and runners of all levels.
Playing on the 719 theme as the local Colorado Springs area code and hosted on July 19th event date; it continues with the 7190ft elevation attained atop a timed summit & the Gran challenge of surpassing 71.9mi and 9,000ft of gain. Do you dare to take on the challenge of summit satisfaction in the Pikes Peak foothills of Olympic City?!
