Celebrating 250 Years of Freedom, Literacy, Culture, and Community: Un Silebråsion. Un Marianas.

The Joeten-Kiyu Public Library (JKPL) proudly invites the entire Northern Mariana Islands to join us for an unforgettable America 250 Literacy Block Party, a grand community celebration honoring America's 250th Anniversary while celebrating the resilience, diversity, and rich cultural heritage of our island home.

This free, family-friendly event will transform the library into a vibrant festival of literacy, learning, culture, creativity, and community spirit.
