America’s 250: July 4 at Five Points Plaza

Celebrate Independence Day and America’s 250th anniversary in the heart of the city. This year, our regularly scheduled Main Street Trade Days is joining forces with our July 4th festivities for a full day of family fun, history, and community spirit.

Event Schedule
10:00 AM: July 4th Parade
Experience the tradition as the parade makes its way down Broadway to kick off the morning.
10:30 AM to 1:30 PM: Live Music
Head over to the large pavilion to catch the Big Jordan Band performing live throughout the midday festivities.
11:00 AM: Free Hot Dog Lunch
Join us at the large pavilion for a free lunch. Hot dogs will be served starting at 11:00 AM while supplies last.

Americana Car Show
Stroll down Main Street to see a timeline of American horsepower. The Americana Car Show features classic and modern vehicles parked right in the heart of the festivities.
Main Street Trade Days
Shop local with vendors filling Five Points Plaza and lining Main Street. It is the perfect opportunity to support small businesses while enjoying the holiday.
Community Mural Project
Leave your mark on this historic milestone. Residents of all ages are invited to participate in our community mural project, which will be located in the bandstand pavilion at the center of Five Points.
