As part of this year’s annual BAPS Charities Walk / Run events, BAPS Charities is proud to host America 250 Block Parties across the US and Canada, celebrating the 250th anniversary of America and the values of unity, service, community, and civic engagement that bring us together.
Driven by our motto, “The Spirit of Service,” the BAPS Charities Walk / Run has raised vital funds for over 20 years, bringing together more than 50,000 participants nationwide in support of BAPS Charities’ five key focus areas — Health Awareness, Educational Services, Humanitarian Relief, Environmental Protection, and Community Empowerment — along with 90+ local beneficiaries including first responders, educational institutions, food banks, and healthcare organizations.
More than just a walk, this event is a celebration of service, wellness, volunteerism, and community spirit. Through the America 250 Block Parties, families, neighbors, community leaders, and local organizations will come together to celebrate our shared future while making a meaningful impact, one step at a time.
