As part of Colorado's year-long celebration of America's 250th anniversary and our stat's 150th year of statehood, the Grand Valley River Fest invites the community far and near to honor our shared history and unique natural heritage along the mighty Colorado River. Join us at Las Colonias Park, downtown Grand Junction. To celebrate the waterways that have shaped the mountains and mesa region of Colorado through education, recreation, stewardship, and family fun. This festive gathering reflects the spirit or reflection, community, pride and outdoor adventure that defines Colorado's past, present and future during this historic milestone year!

River Fest will include the following fun events for the whole family: *Admission into the event is free!

Live Local Music- 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

Beer Garden – 11:00 am – 4:00 pm:
Save-A-Life-Jacket Program will be hosting a beer garden at the event. All proceeds will go towards this nonprofit organization. Beer sponsor includes Trail Life Brewery and other local breweries.

Local Food Trucks from the Greater Grand Junction Area- 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Vendor booths selling river gear, gifts for your fur babies, to booths educating guest on boater safety and outdoor educational programs for kids. Thers is something for everyone- 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Community Gear Swap – 11:00 – 4:00 pm

SUP Yoga- 9:30 -10:45 am

Silent Auction – 11:00 - 3:30pm

Paddle Board Jousting – 1:00 – 2:00 pm Free Event!

Cornhole Tournament - 2:00 - 4:00 pm

Rubber Ducky Scramble – 3:00 - 3:30 pm:

Activities for Kids – 11:00 – 4:00 pm:
Several booths at the event will be conducting mini-interactive activities for kids and adults such as face painting, coloring, fun balancing courses, paddleboard jousting, inflatable Bump-n-Jumps and new this year - The Highland Rogues of Grand Junction a dynamic and talented non-profit river history reenactment crew!

Hosted by Grand Junction Adventures, River Rescue Dynamics and Gear Junction with support from and proceeds to benefit RiversEdge West and Save-a-Life Jacket Program.
