Please join the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Gen. George Wright Camp No. 1865 as we dedicate the new headstone for Joseph H. White, Union Army veteran of the Civil War at the Historic Woodlawn Cemetery in Seward, Alaska.

The Alaska Railroad is offering free shuttle service from the Seward Depot, departing at 1:30 PM. Reservations must be made by July 8th. Space is limited. Parking vouchers for the harbor parking lot will be provided for those who have train reservations. Go to tinyurl.com/k4bpttf8 to book.

To drive to the cemetery, head down Nash Road and take the first left after crossing the railroad tracks, follow until pavement ends, about a mile. The cemetery is on the right. Please take the train if possible as there is not a parking lot, and parking will be along the road.

Individuals attending events hosted by the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, by virtue of their attendance, agree to the usage of their likeness in the Banner, any Camp or Department Newsletter, any SUVCW website and/or on any SUVCW Social Media outlet, promotional brochures, or any other SUVCW material.
