Presented by Jay Dardenne, Louisiana public servant and former Commissioner of Administration, Lieutenant Governor, and Secretary of State, this free event takes place at 502 North Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. In celebration of America’s 250th birthday, the Old Governor’s Mansion is launching a new event series, beginning with this program, highlighting how Louisiana’s musical contributions have shaped the nation.
