Lafayette Visits Baton Rouge

A trip to Magnolia Mound Plantation, the home of Lafayette's friend Armand Duplantier, is planned, including transportation from New Orleans by coach bus. Before arriving at the plantation, a ceremony honoring Duplantier will be held at Highland Cemetery, open to the public. The event at Magnolia Mound will feature a tour, lunch, and an appearance by Duplantier, with separate ticket options available for those providing their own transportation.
