Memory Cafe (Chilson Senior Center)

Dementia Together's Memory Café is a welcoming community gathering for individuals living with dementia, care partners, and families. In alignment with the America 250 Colorado commemoration, the event celebrates Colorado's shared history by fostering inclusion, connection, and community engagement for older adults and those experiencing cognitive changes. Through conversation, creativity, and social connection, participants honor the stories, cultures, and lived experiences that strengthen and shape Colorado communities.
