NIGHT MARKET: Homegrown Colorado, on July 31, will be our signature commemoration of CO Day in the heart of Denver. A broad stroke of Colorado-based food, artisan craft, and entertainment creators will showcase what makes Colorado the best place to live, and why they're Colorado proud! Food has the unique power to bring communities together to create cultural appreciation and new experiences. We believe food serves as a unifying element to celebrate 250/150 anniversaries, telling the rich stories of the past and present. NIGHT MARKET: Homegrown CO is a food-focused event celebrating the bounty of CO agriculture by empowering vendors to use CO Proud products. Diverse dishes will highlight the history of immigrants who have settled here and contributed to our identity. We will highlight CO culinary gems, like root beer floats, cheeseburgers, hatch chilis, and peaches. Partnerships with Denver Public Library and Denver Art Museum will provide artistic and educational enrichments to celebrate 250/150.
