Paperfest

Paperfest is a large, free-admission community festival held every July at Sunset Park in Kimberly, Wisconsin. Built around the theme “It’s All About Community!”, the four-day event brings together live music, family entertainment, carnival rides, food vendors, fireworks, a craft fair, car show, and one of the region’s largest volunteer-driven nonprofit efforts. The festival features a mix of national touring acts, regional bands, and hometown traditions, creating an event that attracts roughly 30,000 to 35,000 attendees each year from across the Fox Valley and beyond.

More than just a festival, Paperfest serves as a major community fundraiser and economic driver for local nonprofits and organizations. Volunteer groups earn donations through their involvement, helping generate more than $1.49 million in charitable giving throughout the event’s history. The festival continues to grow while remaining free to attend, offering accessible entertainment and community-focused programming for all ages. The 38th annual Paperfest will take place July 16–19, 2026, and is presented by Community First Credit Union.
