Simultaneous Reading of the Declaration of Independence. 4:30 p.m. preview, 5 p.m. reading. Communities across the country will mark the first public reading of the Declaration at the same time, adjusted for time zones. Members of the Kerrville community will each read a portion of the document. Free to attend.
