The Sam Houston Regional Library and Research Center (SHC) will host a special event with author Stephen Cure on World War I and Southeast Texas on Thursday, May 28 at 7 p.m. In addition, visitors can experience a special display of historic items related to World War I from the collections of the Sam Houston Center and the Texas State Library and Archives Commission in Austin.
