Western Welcome Week Opening Night with Little Jam

Kick off the 98th Western Welcome Week celebration at our Opening Night on Friday, August 7, on the south lawn of Sterne Park! Our theme this year is Colorful Colorado – 150 Years – dedicated to this year marking the 150th anniversary of Colorado statehood (it's our sesquicentennial). At the same time, America is celebrating 250 years since signing the Declaration of Independence (its semiquincentennial).

This free evening of celebration, tradition, and hometown pride is a beloved community favorite!

We're excited to once again partner with the City of Littleton's Little Jam for this festive evening — featuring a high-energy performance by The Petty Nicks Experience, a Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks tribute band.
