What does America mean to you?
By Gabriel D.
Kerhonkson, New York
America affected my family’s past, helped them become great and offers me opportunities. In the past, my grandfather participated in World War II fighting for the German Army but after being captured joined the US Army. Later, he became a car racer and was the best in America for 2 years. He has influenced me to fight to make a better world. Currently, I wish to help stop the war in the Ukraine and fight diseases and animal abuse. Because America has offered me many opportunities, I must return the favor by helping those in need.
