What does America mean to you?
By Taliesin Robert Allen R.

The United States of America is a land of possibility. Several thousand people immigrate to the USA daily, risking their lives to come and start better futures. They come to escape persecution (like my great-grandfather), find better jobs, receive better care, or start over. Unfortunately, many immigrants are treated unfairly based on their gender, nationality, race, religion, etc. A way to stop anti-immigrant hate is to educate people about immigrants importance: they are a vital part of this country, bringing cultures, religions, traditions, unique arts, and foods such as tacos, pizza, hamburgers etc. that all enrich the USA.
