Brenda Ables brings over three decades of leadership, strategic planning, and project implementation experience in the non-profit and private sectors to her position as Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Ables provides expertise as a strategic partner in workforce planning, policy development, and HRIS implementation. In this role, Ms. Ables will lead and direct the functions of the Human Resources (HR) department and work collaboratively with all Senior Staff members.
Prior to joining America250 in the role of Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Ables held the position of Director of Human Resources for more than 17 years with various companies; accountable for all HR components, supporting these organizations with 30 to 1600 employees located nationwide and internationally in Canada, Guam, Italy, Japan, and Africa.
A resident of Waldorf, Maryland, Ms. Ables holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from Hofstra University and a Master’s in Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management.
