Reginald Browne

Reginald Browne is a recognized industry pioneer in developing the exchange traded fund (ETF) industry from its early inception to today, where more than 10,000 ETFs are traded globally. In a 2014 cover story, Bloomberg Markets proclaimed him “Mr. ETF.”
Mr. Browne is a principal of GTS, an automated global market maker and a leading market maker on the floor of the NYSE. In this role at GTS, he directs the strategy, vision and of Trading and oversees relationship management global institutional clients.
Mr. Browne has more than three decades of experience in equities, equity derivatives market making and client management – helping clients build and grow their businesses. He has advised dozens of institutional asset managers on the delivery of investment products to the marketplace.
Mr. Browne earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from La Salle University, where he served as a trustee and executive committee member for ten years. Mr. Browne also serves as an independent trustee for American Century of Kansas City and currently serves as Chairman of the ETF Fund Board. In addition to his extensive industry service, Mr. Browne is active in non-profit governance centered on the arts, currently he is Vice-Chair of the Museum Board and Chair of the Board of Governors of the Art College at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Mr. Browne is Chairman of the Board of Directors at Creative Capital Foundation in New York.
