Music & the Spoken Word – The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square

The Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square will mark the 250th anniversary of the United States with a special broadcast of “Music and the Spoken Word” on Sunday, July 5, 2026. Kansas City Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid of the National Football League will join the Choir as guest narrator for the historic program. In recognition of the historic anniversary, “Music and the Spoken Word” will be presented live twice on Sunday, July 5 and can be viewed or listened to on television, radio and the Choir’s YouTube channel.
