Children ages 12 and under may enter the Ralston Independence Day Children’s Parade by being at 5505 Miller Ave (Independence Square by the LaDonna Johnson Fountain) by 9:30 am. The parade will start at 10 am walking from 77th and Main St. to 75th and Main St and back.
